With the first wand from the top of the cap, place it at the base of your upper lashes and wiggle back and forth to coat the base and achieve naturally defined lashes.
Using the second wand with the same method, achieve full-volume lashes with its brush type.
Slowly pull the wand upward toward the tips of your eyelashes.
Use the point of the wand to add length and ensure every lash is volumized and coated.
